Suzanne has over 20 years experience as an educator, early years practitioner, teacher educator, and researcher. Patte and Living with Children: A Froebelian Approach to Working with Families and Communities (2019) edited by Tina Bruce, P. Elfer, S. Powell and L. Han administrerer også KOMPAN Fitness Institute med fokus på implementering av kunnskap, trender, vitenskapelig forskning og funksjonelle tester i innovasjon av nye utendørs treningsområder.

Tidligere har Morten jobbet ved internasjonalt anerkjente forskningsinstitusjoner og har medforfatter 17 fagvurderte vitenskapelige publikasjoner.

Rob Boogmans

Rob er utdannet fysioterapeut og personlig trener, og han har mer enn 20 års erfaring innen fitness.

Han har vært en pioner innen friluftsliv siden 2008 da han grunnla Standing-Strong Outdoor Fitness. Standing-Strong var det første selskapet som introduserte justerbar og funksjonell trening i utemiljøer. I 2010 var Standing-Strong markedsledende innen friluftsliv i Benelux og hadde flere patenterte løsninger.

I 2014 ble Standing-Strong overtatt av KOMPAN, og i 2015 sluttet Rob Boogmans seg til KOMPAN for å starte KOMPAN Fitness Institute og utvikle de nye fitnessproduktene. Siden 2015 har KOMPAN opprettet mer enn 1000 nye fitnessområder og er anerkjent som det mest innovative og profesjonelle selskapet innen utendørs fitness.

Nikolaj har en mastergrad i arkitektur med spesialisering innen industrielt design, og han har jobbet innen dette designfeltet og utviklet et bredt utvalg av produkter i mer enn 20 år. Han begynte i KOMPAN i 2013 og har siden vært ansvarlig for et bredt spekter av produkter innen fitness og lek. Nylig har Nikolaj vært engasjert i utviklingen av KOMPAN Design Studio.

Sophie har bakgrunn som sivilingeniør spesialisert i produktutvikling. Hennes begynnelse på KOMPAN fokuserte på å utvikle nye aktiviteter og nye produktlinjer, men hun er nå en av de kreative kreftene som designer spesiallagde lekeplasser basert på GIANT leketårn. Målet er alltid å utforme tematisk- og leke-tilpassede lekeplasser som utfolder seg i landskapet mens de fronter lek og utvikling.

Joan har bakgrunn som maskiningeniør og flere års arbeid i maskinindustrien. Etter at hun begynte i KOMPANs ingeniørteam i 1996, tok hun gradvis mer produktsikkerhetsansvar. Siden 2003 har hun vært ansvarlig for KOMPAN's produktsikkerhet som involverer produktevaluering, testing, sertifisering, opplæring og support etter salg.
